This past weekend I went to Seattle on an errand, and as you might expect, I took my camera; big surprise. After I had taken care of business, I wandered around the Pioneer Square district and captured some images. I didn't have a preconceived notion of what I wanted to shoot, and it was interesting to see what found its way into my lens. Here's a sampling of what I found:
Ancient Alley
SoDo Alley No. 2
SoDo Alley No. 3
Brick Facade
Brick Facade No. 2
Washington Shoe Co. Building
King Street Station
Rusted and Peeling
i loooove fire escapes! my dream is to own an apartment with a fire escape. anyway, all of these are great, but i especially love the alley ones!
ReplyDeleteFabulous blog! Alleys seem to be a world unto themselves (tho you won't find me in them alone). I really like SoDo Alley #2 - love that glimmer of light.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful images Steve! I especially like the Rusted and Peeling one! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! I really like suspended! Hmm, maybe I spend too much time in bars????
ReplyDeleteI have shot in Ancient Alley and Sodo Alley myself. That area is just great for black and white photos.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the Facade. Great shots!
ReplyDeleteGreat captures! Makes me want to go there too!
